Under patronage of HRH Crown Prince and Prime Minister, 3rd edition of Cityscape Bahrain real estate exhibition will be held on November 26

Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, the third edition of Cityscape Bahrain will be held on November 26-30. The event is organised by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) and Informa Markets at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre in Sakhir.
 
Cityscape Bahrain and will include holding a major real estate conference to discuss topics such as architectural design, infrastructure, and means to achieve sustainability in the real estate sector.
 
The exhibition will feature more than 40 exhibitors representing the largest real estate projects in the Kingdom. It is expected to attract more than 10,000 visitors. The event also aims at enhancing investment opportunities that contribute to pushing the sector towards broader horizons.
 
Essam bin Abdullah Khalaf, Chairman of the Board of Directors of RERA, highlighted the real estate sector's progress under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and the support of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister. He also highlighted the integrated regulatory and legislative system that supports the sector, along with the accessible facilities provided by the Kingdom. These factors have contributed to creating broader investment opportunities.
 
The Chairman thanked His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, for his patronage of the event, which reflects continuous support for the real estate sector.
Chairman Khalaf said that Cityscape Bahrain provides a platform to showcase the latest innovative real estate solutions and new leading projects in a dynamic investment environment.
 
He added that this year’s event will continue the success achieved by previous editions, and aims to provide an exceptional experience that combines exploring the latest real estate projects with an opportunity to invest in promising projects.
 
The previous edition of the exhibition attracted more than 10,000 visitors and included more than 58 mega real estate projects worth $8 billion.
