The Real Estate Regulatory Authority seeks to provide the best training programs in accordance with the highest international and professional standards for the real estate practitioners. In this regard, RERA cooperates with its accredited partners to provide the best international programs for real estate professionals for brokers, sales agents, property managers, and property managers with the activity to practice owner’s association management.

Objectives:

Build a professional real estate service provider sector operating to the highest international standards.
Qualify interested parties to work in the real estate sector and to support them with the prerequisite professional skills and competencies
Completing this course and passing the exams is a requirement to obtain or renew your licenses.

AML Training Program (For Compliance Officer)

All compliance officers appointed by licensees are required to participate in and successfully complete the designated training program (click here) within 90 days of receiving their license, as stated in article 6-5B of the Board of Directors Decision No. (2) of 2021, which outlines the procedures for prohibiting and combating money laundering, terrorist financing, and illegal cross-border transfer of funds in licensed real estate activities. RERA strongly urges all compliance officers of active licenses to attend and successfully complete the training program before the end of 2023. Upon completion, licensees/AML officer should promptly inform RERA and submit the certification through the provided link below:
