Off-plan Sales Projects: What you need to know
Every off-plan development project will be required to have a Development Project License. This applies to all development projects.
Only licensed developers can apply for Off-Plan Sale Project Licence: Each new development must have an individual development license.
Apply for a New Off-plan Sale Project License
This application cannot be processed online at the moment. Relevant form can be downloaded, but developers should contact RERA for further instructions in submitting the forms.
The application process takes up to forty days.Unfortunatelly incomplete applications cannot be processed.
