For Coroporate CR
  • Smart card copy and printout
  • Good financial standing letter
  • Good Conduct Certificate (Validity 3 months). Click here to download the CID form. -(You can fill in the form and send it to support@rera.gov.bh for approval)
  • Financial report of the last 3 years
  • Declaration of developments undertaken in the last 5 years (Optional)
  • CR details printout
  • Corporate structure
  • Copy of CR Certificate
  • Authorization Letter (Optional)
For Individual CR
  • Requirements Attached:
  • Smart card copy and printout
  • Good financial standing letter
