• Documents for Members of the Board of Directors:

- copy of a valid CPR.

- Good conduct Certificate.

- Title deed or sales Agreement, If the sale Agreement is attached, it is necessary to attach a no-objection letter from the bank indicating that the owner joins the Owners association.

Requirements of the Board of Directors' membership: According to Article No. 35 of Resolution No. 1 of 2020

1. Be a member of the owners' union or a representative of a member of the owners' union. 
2. Be at least twenty-one years old, in case of a natural person. 
3. Be a resident of the Kingdom of Bahrain. 
4. Be the only representative of the owner in the Board of Directors. 
5. Not be declared as bankrupt or convicted of a crime of dishonor or breach of trust unless rehabilitated.
