Service Overview

Registration a union established by the owners of the Property Units which aims to ensure good use of the Common Property and Property Units, and the use and maintenance of the Common Parts by the owners in accordance with the provisions of this Law.

Documents required

Requirements of the Board of Directors' membership: According to Article No. 35 of Resolution No. 1 of 2020

1- Be a member of the owners' union or a representative of a member of the owners' union. 
2- Be at least twenty-one years old, in case of a natural person. 
3- Be a resident of the Kingdom of Bahrain. 
4- Be the only representative of the owner in the Board of Directors. 
5- Not be declared as bankrupt or convicted of a crime of dishonour or breach of trust unless rehabilitated
