Service Overview

Amending the certificate of members of the Board of Directors of the Main Association in the event of re-election of members of the Board of Directors due to the expiration of the validity period, deleting or inserting a member of the Board of Directors, deleting or inserting the director of the Owners Association, amending the data included in the certificate.

Documents required

Requirements of the Board of Directors' membership: According to Article No. 35 of Resolution No. 1 of 2020
1- Be a member of the owners' union or a representative of a member of the owners' union. 
2- Be at least twenty-one years old, in case of a natural person. 
3- Be a resident of the Kingdom of Bahrain. 
4- Be the only representative of the owner in the Board of Directors. 
5- Not be declared as bankrupt or convicted of a crime of dishonour or breach of trust unless rehabilitated.
