  • Copy of Professional Indemnity Insurance Certificate –(According to Attachment B) 
  • A document describing the experience as a Real Estate Valuer 
  • Approved Valuation Reports – (According to Attachment A)
  • Mandatory course certificate and classification course – (According to Attachment C)
  • Request a Letter from the company to upgrade the valuer’s tier
