  • Copy of ID Card (CPR) of authorized representative.
  • CPR Reader
  • Photo – passport size (4x3cm) of good quality JPEG standard
  • Clearance Certificate issued by Ministry of Interior covering all directors (valid and issued within 3 months).
  • Copy of Commercial Registration Certificate contains Activity 74902: Valuation/evaluation activities
  • Copy of Professional Indemnity Insurance Certificate – (According to the category)
  • Document describing experience as a Real Estate Valuer
  • Approved Valuation Reports – (According to the category)
  • Mandatory course certificate and classification course – (According to the category)
  • Letter from the company to assign the valuer
  • Residence Permit (For Foreigners)
